All Dogs and Cats must hold a current Certificate of Vaccination. (Certificate to be produced).

It is recommended that dogs are vaccinated against Canine Infection Tracheobronchitis (Kennel Cough). Ebrie Lodge Pet Hotel cannot be held responsible for any contraction of the cough. Dogs are boarded entirely at the owner's, or their representative's, own risk.

We attempt to give the best care and attention to your pet but cannot be held responsible for loss, either from illness or any other cause. All pets are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner or their representative.

In the event of loss of a pet and being unable to contact the owner or their representative, we reserve the right to make any arrangements regarding the disposal of the pet that we consider to be appropriate.

Insurance is included in the charges for Dogs, Cats and Rabbits. This covers veterinary fees unless injury is self-inflicted. Any veterinary charges not covered by insurance will be added to the boarding fee invoice.

Prices and terms may be subject to alteration without prior notice. 

A £15 non-refundable deposit will be charged to all new customers when making a reservation. 

All fees due are payable at the time of the pets departure. We accept cash, cheques (with banker's card) and most debit/credit cards.
